Since joining the Danish market in 2017, we have constructed projects worth over 2.8 GWp. This makes Denmark SUNOTECs largest market overall.
As one of our first country markets, France now marks our second-largest market with 840 MWp being installed since 2017.
The year 2024 sees us evolving from a construction partner into a turnkey service provider. Over the past year, more than 200 MWp capacity was installed.
This market emerged in 2023, with two projects totalling an installed capacity of 174 MWp.
Our second EPC project has just been confirmed here.
We are expanding our horizon to West Africa, taking on the role of turnkey provider. With 66 MWp, this plant will be the largest in the country.

The esteemed Energy Storage Summit Europe 2024 was hosted in the Sofia Conference Centre last week with over 500 guests in attendance.
A highlight in the agenda 👉 SUNOTEC CEO Bernhard Suchland taking center stage. In his speech he addressed the long standing partnership between SUNOTEC and Hauwei.
A crucial milestone in this strategic cooperation is the completed hybrid PV plant in Bulgaria which features a 61MWh battery facility. We are proud that this project will produce enough electricity to supply over 10,000 households. 💡🏡

This week marked a huge milestone for SUNOTEC. 📣
On Tuesday, the 24th of September, SOLARIS, the joint venture between SUNOTEC and the major shareholders in EUROHOLD Bulgaria AD, celebrated the official opening of its first hybrid PV park in Bulgaria.
The 32MWp PV plant features a 61 MWh battery facility from Huawei as part of a strategic partnership. 🤝
This storage system is vital in preventing strain on the national electricity system and allows for smooth distribution of energy according to demand during peak consumption hours.
We are proud to have this tremendous project financed by DSK Bank and Varengold Bank AG.
