SUNOTEC possesses full control of the value chain for increased efficiency and reliability. Through SUNOTEC Steel and SUNOTEC Mounting Systems, we produce our own fixed tilt and tracker solutions, designed for rapid installation and long-term durability. Our logistics and procurement teams secure timely delivery of materials while rigorously upholding the highest ESG standards and sustainability goals.

Controlling our entire value chain from steel production and mounting systems to logistics and procurement gives SUNOTEC a decisive edge. By combining in-house manufacturing with rigorous ESG standards and precision-engineered tracker and fixed-tilt systems, we ensure every component meets our benchmarks for quality and sustainability. This vertical integration means fewer dependencies, faster delivery, and greater reliability for our clients. This is the model that defines how SUNOTEC delivers solar projects at scale.

Fixed Tilt and Tracker System

To leverage full control over the value chain, SUNOTEC Mounting Systems was established to provide clients with a high-quality system, efficient processes and reliable supply in the shortest possible timeframe. SUNOTEC’s fixed tilt mounting systems are engineered for maximum efficiency, durability, and ease of installation. Designed with bifacial modules in mind, our structures minimise rear shading, enhancing energy yield. Constructed from high-grade steel with zinc-magnesium coatings, they ensure long-term resilience against extreme weather conditions. The unique direct screw connection simplifies assembly, reduces errors, and eliminates the need for dangerous climbing, prioritising worker safety. With a streamlined design requiring minimal components, our fixed tilt systems enable rapid installation, optimizing project timelines and reducing costs.

The SUNOTEC Tracker System is an advanced solution designed to meet the growing demand for high-performance solar tracking technology. Engineered for rapid deployment, it minimizes labour costs and accelerates project timelines. Its unique structural design withstands dynamic forces and avoids natural frequency issues, ensuring stability and durability. Optimised for bifacial modules, the tracker system enhances energy yield, while an advanced SCADA and monitoring system provides real-time data insights to maximise performance. Additionally, easy-to-replace components streamline maintenance, reducing downtime and safeguarding long-term investments.

production

Production

To complement the engineering capabilities, SUNOTEC Steel is responsible for the production of the in-house mounting structures. The state-of-the-art facility near Sofia, Bulgaria has been operational since 2023, allowing to produce high volumes of fixed tilt mounting structures with speed and reliability. This ensures a steady supply to meet the demands of the European market. With an upcoming 50 million Euro investment in new manufacturing facilities in Europe and additional global footprints, producing over 5 GW, SUNOTEC has already achieved a 2.5 GW annual production capacity in 2025 to date.
