0SUNOTEC’s IPP platform, with its stronghold in Bulgaria and Germany, extends our role beyond delivering energy infrastructure to include developing, owning, and operating renewable energy assets. In core markets, we combine project development with SUNOTEC’s integrated delivery platform to turn ready-to-build pipelines into operating infrastructure.
The Strategic Vision of SUNOTEC’s IPP platform is to achieve green baseload through precise co-location. By combining renewable generation with battery energy storage, SUNOTEC aims to create energy systems structured to deliver dispatchable, commercially resilient renewable power.
A Platform Built on Generation and Storage
Solar PV forms the generation base of SUNOTEC’s IPP platform. With 960 MW of PV across our IPP assets, SUNOTEC is developing renewable generation in which project access, grid opportunity, and delivery capability can be combined into long-term infrastructure.
BESS is central to SUNOTEC’s IPP strategy, with 5.2 GWh across the current portfolio. Storage allows renew- able energy to be dispatched when needed, supports grid stability and strengthens the commercial resilience of SUNOTEC-owned assets.
